I tested positive for Covid 3 weeks ago. I was able to manage the virus at home but needed antibiotics for a chest infection following covid. A close family member recently died of covid so I’m naturally even more anxious than I was before.
I think I’ve only been out 3 times since I came out of isolation. Each time I have been double masked and taken as many precautions as possible.
This morning I seemed to be coughing again, although more an irritant in my throat rather than chesty like when I has Covid. My taste /smell also seems a bit weaker tonight. I don’t if that’s just because I’m eating a bland pizza or whether it’s something more.
I’ve taken a LFT (which is negative). I know they say not to for 90 days but I wanted to for my own piece of mind.
Is this just all part of covid recovery? I’ve been feeling fine for a week. I don’t know if it’s because I’m doing a bit more now that it’s taken it’s toll? I did post this in the covid forum but didn’t get a reply.
I’m trying not to let my anxiety get the better of me, but I’m struggling. Please tell me it couldn’t be covid again so soon
