MIL just got diagnosed with breast cancer again

my mil had breast cancer 8 years ago and now it has come back. i have never delt with anything like this and it so scary.
my dp is crying all the time saying that she is going to die. i give him lots of hugs but i want to do more for him but dont know what?
i feel totally useless because i cant seem to say anything to help things.
im scared that she is going to die and then dp wont have a mum and dd wont have a gran.
oh god, im so upset, i saw her today and i couldnt look her in the face. she was so cherpy and was acting like nothing is happening.
sorry for ranting and not making any sense

if she she has won it once she can do it again please dont treat her any different unless its what she wants she is still your dp's mom your dd's gran and you mil its ok you were not ranting

My mum had it 17 years ago and 2 friends this year. My mum was also very chirpy and brave - it was just me that kept breaking down . I am sure you will be strong for her xxxxxx
