Anxiety coming out of lockdown..

I'm quite an anxious person in general.

I'm on propan for anxiety after having a really tough time last Autumn. I was so stressed and ended up with anxiety attacks one after the other. The medications helped, absolutely brilliant! I'm not on as strong a dose anymore, more like a maintenance dose.

I'm finding now though, leaving the house to go to work and being in work is such a struggle. I just want to go home all the time. I'm fine doing the shopping, school run anything like that, but having to be away from home at work is absolutely destroying me. Is anyone else experiencing this? Will it get better? I just want to not want to go home all the time!

Yes I had this.Week for week it has improved. Last week I felt normal.

I reckon it will improve with time. We've all been locked up for so long now that it's become a new normal, and we have to re-acclimatise to going out again.
