Has anyone found any natural ways to deal with PMDD?

Not a prescription.
I take a higher dose of my ADHD meds (methylphenidate) during my Luteal phase which does help but it still feels awful and I really don't want to try another prescription for it.

What works for you, if you found anything, please? x

No help I'm afraid. I had a hysterectomy at 45 for PMDD. I now feel like myself all the time, not just half the month. I take oestrogen and testosterone but not progesterone now.

You might find it helpful posting in Women's Health by the way.

wow, that must be nice. I was vehemently refused that option twice. At least that's some hope to look forward to one day

Sleep, also had some success with The Cycle Diet (there is a website, different foods depending on times of month- in the luteal phase I found, of the suggestions in the cycle diet, root vegetables (parsnips, carrots, sweet potatoes); rice and beans together (rice and beans are a complete protein, no idea why this was good); and lamb (full of B6 and Zinc which are good for anxiety) to be the most helpful foods in terms of how I felt. All the usual stuff; try to limit sugar etc. Epsom salts baths.
