Hi, I have always had very low self esteem due to long term childhood abuse. I don’t really like much about myself and am always panicking that things I’ve done aren’t right or not good enough. I have professional help too but feel like I’d like to do a little bit of work daily maybe with an app or a book (apps are better as I don’t read very often). Can anyone recommend an app or book that might help build confidence and self esteem? Would need to start right from the basics that most people learn in childhood as I didn’t get any of that back then. TIA
