Sertraline making me feel worse after only two days

Is this normal? I know they make you feel worse for the first couple of weeks but I wasn't expecting it to happen this fast.

I haven't even showered or brushed my teeth yet. I just want to crawl into bed and cry.

It did for me
I had to stop taking them after the 2 days I ended up having my 1st ever panic attack
I was nausea within 6 hours and it went downhill from there

They do exacerbate symptoms before it settles. Give it a couple of weeks and you’ll be out the other side

If you can push through the first few days the side effects should start to ease off and should have settled within 2 weeks. If they stay like this beyond another couple days then ring your GP and they will likely switch you to a different one.

When I started sertraline I was pretty much unable to do anything except hide in bed. The worst of the side effects eased after a week or so. And the medication has helped me massively. Hope you are ok @ToadsThePeanutButterSnob x

I felt a bit better after having a nap earlier but still not great. Hopefully this feeling will pass.
