Dear Mum's

I am a registered nurse, specialising in mental health and particularly interested in women and children's health.

Unfortunately, we know that mental health concerns are on the rise, and that the conditions we have endured over the past 10/11 months have exacerbated this.

I am keen to set up a community support project looking at how we can support mother and children's mental health at a local and community level and would look to offer 1:1 support and group support.

This would aim to provide signposting, education and 1:1 lifestyle support in a safe and confidential space. It would involve coaching conversations as opposed to therapeutic interventions.

Would this be something that people think is needed?

I'd be really grateful for any thoughts or comments and/or discussion on this thread.

Many thanks in advance

Smile

I'm no expert but I'd say yes.
