Fluoxetine- about to start and scared. Any advice

I’m about to start taking fluoxetine and I’m really scared! Any advice please x

Had to come off them as ended up with dangerously low neutrophils and horrendous diarrhoea. Seems I can’t tolerate them. HRT helped loads so perhaps didn’t need anti depressants after all x
