I've been signed off for a couple of weeks. Whilst I grapple with chronic facial pain. My GP is trying really hard to help me get on top of it with medication.
My job is typically very intense (albeit full time wfh at the moment), and emotionally draining.
I thought that once I had a few days space I would want to do yoga, get fresh air, and try and rebalance my mind, but my instinct is just to sleep!
Does this have to mean that I am depressed? Or am I just utterly exhausted, and responding to my body's needs?
