I’m sorry you are feeling so low.
It’s only hair -it will grow back. I cocked mine up too doing the unicorn ponytail hair cut!
Please, please contact your Dr ASAP, if the receptions says there are no slots for a call from a Dr tell them it’s urgent re mental health and you want to be put on the duty Drs call list.
I hope things improve for you

Sorry to hear you are feeling like this. Google your local talking therapies service for therapy. It's quicker to self refer rather than going through your gp. They can offer you therapy and also signpost you for further support if needed 💐

Sorry you’re feeling so awful. You matter and your healing and recovery matter.

(Your hair will grow back, you can tie a scarf over it if needs be or pin it up to make it look presentable).

Therapy will help. So will exercise in the fresh air (walking is good). Is there anyone in RL you can reach out to?

You’re not useless, you’re struggling with difficult life stuff. Try to be compassionate towards yourself Flowers

I've hacked at my hair and regretted it. But it grows and fortunately it's the weather for a nice woolly hat. Be kind to yourself. Get out in the autumn sun whenever you can and don't be afraid to ask for support.
