Oh dear moodgym isn't working. Anyone know any other sites to deal with depression and anxiety?

cos am getting low

and was in a mood to tackle it

you know moodgym it had all those questions and exercises

well I cant sign up it is buggered

glad to help, esp when I've had such support on here. There's a book which goes with it too (I prefer to do stuff on paper ideally). Think it's call "Overcoming Depression" . It's by the same guy, Dr Chris Williams.
