Hi all, I'm struggling to find any info on this online. Wondering if anyone can help. Can I take Kalms in the day (dose is 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals) and then kalms night as well all in the same day? Kalms night is 4 tablets before bed. Thanks, Harley.
