Any teachers terrified of going back? Anxiety terrible

Bad anxiety and depression all my life.

I work in a massive secondary. Management are great and have done what they can. But l think the government are fucking deluded thinking schools won’t spread it.

And I’m terrified. Can’t eat. Lots of crying

Hi, so sorry you're having all this worry. I'm not a teacher but I feel very anxious about term starting - in part because I worry for the teachers.

Can you talk to colleagues, I am sure you can't be the only one worrying?
