The feeling of being in a bubble. Feeling of unreality like your a bit disconnected from everything?

If anyone has had this is it a symptom of anxiety? Depression?

I think it's called dissociation and I've experienced it as one of a number of symptoms of stress which was also causing cycles of anxiety and depression.

So it was a symptom of stress? How did you get rid of it?

To be honest, that is still a work in progress. I don't think I've been too severe, although I do recognise the feeling of being very disconnected.

I've had some time off work and got properly rested. And I'm also doing CBT, which is helping. I'm doing the CBT online with IESO digital health. I definitely feel more "present", as well as having much less extreme peaks and troughs in my mood.
