I have never been diagnosed with anxiety but do suffer from panic attacks. Recently I have been under a lot of stress and I have been feeling really anxious about my health on top of starting uni again after being out for a year. On Thursday I started getting numbness in my face and left arm and this went on to progress onto a migraine. I've had a headache that comes and goes ever since and my face and arm keep going numb at different times throughout the day. How can I stop the numbness/weak feeling as it's really starting to get me down.
