Best natural remedies/supplements for mental health problems

Hi all! I'm currently on a low dose on antidepressants, have been on it for ages and generally feeling okay apart from an occasional day or two of feeling really low/sad/angry. In past have suffered with bad panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, low moods. Just wondering anything anyone can recommend to keep these issues ar bay, to go along with my AD. I know Cbd oil is popular just now but rather expensive. Anything else that's good?

You could try or look up first
Magnesium- be careful which you buy, you don’t want one that gives you loose bowels

B-vitamin b50
Zinc
L’Theanine

Have a google read off each

St John's Wort worked really well for me, but be aware that it can stop the contraceptive pill from working properly!

I've also successfully use 5-HTP

If your on antidepressants don’t think you can mix 5-htp or St. John wort
