Weighted Blanket

I am suffering with anxiety, well at least I think it is, my shoulders are aching, clenching my jaw and headaches.
I've tried sertraline before and although it worked, I'm keen to try something more natural.
Has anyone used a weighted Blanket?
Do they help? I keep seeing that they say good for anxiety etc... Thanks

Yes mine is 6kg and I weigh 62kg so for me it's actually underweighted slightly but it seems to feel about right to me.

I've got a Kalm Koala blanket, I bought it almost a year ago to help with anxiety and it's wonderful. I fall asleep so much quicker, and although it sounds odd it also helps reduce the racing thoughts I tend to get at bedtime. The koala one is great because the bead pockets are small so the spread of beads stays even, and the cover is 2 sided for warm and cold nights. It's also washable and really easy to take on and off. They're pricey but IMO 100% worth it. Try looking for their FB page, they've been advertising discount codes on there for a while

I got one recently. I like it, but it’s difficult to turn over in bed with it on top of you.

I've got one, but keep forgetting I have it, going to use it now actually! When I do use it, it really helps and is amazing.

My one is from home bargains and cost £30, it's the exact same as some of the expensive ones, other than this one the next cheapest was £50+!

I would deffo recommend checking if they still do them, I called round loads of stores and my partner drove 10miles to collect it for me!
