I have had mental health issues for decades. On Friday morning I was admitted to hospital due to a seizure. I am now home but I am convinced I will have caught it in there. I'm terrified and don't know what to do

Sorry to hear you had a seizure.
Basically I work pt in a hospital with covid +ve patients at present and keep worrying that I've caught it. But I last worked 7 days ago so I think it would show up by now!!

You are unlikely to have caught it unless you were in actual direct contact with a covid +ve patient. They are always put in bays or siderooms away from other patients & barrier nursed.
So please try not to worry x

Thank you for replying. I was in a side room in a&e and then a ward. They did swab a couple of patients on the ward and some of the nurses were waiting in results for themselves. I had a paper mask so not much help and kept washing and sanitising my hands. I pray I haven't caught it
