And feeling awful! Very jittery. Nauseous. Knackered but waking at ridiculously early hours of the morning.

Please reassure me it gets better?

I don’t take it but my best friend does and I remember her telling me she felt 10x worse for the first two weeks of taking it. Really sick, panicky, insomnia, palpitations etc. After 2-3 weeks she then felt like her old self again and all those symptoms disappeared. She found taking the tablet at bed time with a small snack helped me with nausea

Give it about 4 more days and it will get better I promise. I felt exactly like this my first week of taking it but am now 7 months in and it was the best choice I made to stick with it. My anxiety is practically gone- I feel human again and can enjoy things with out going into a massive anxiety spiral.

Oh and always eat something with the tablet otherwise you will feel sick/ get wicked heart burn is what I found.

I know I have to stick with it. Not easy though! Perhaps better to switch to taking it in the evening.

She took it in the mornings for the first few days and felt dreadful. Taking it in the evenings before bed definitely helped

It really does get better, stick with it. I took it for anxiety and it transformed me. Try to take it at the same time each day. And as one of the others said, taking it in the evening was better for me because I found I was sleepy a few hours after taking it so I took it after dinner.

Just had a nap. Feeling LOADS better. I think for me taking it before bed will be the way to go.
