My bad day is slowley turnig into a bad fecking year!!!!!

Bad things just meep happening this yr and im getting so fed up of it!!!!!!
I really hope things start to improve soon!

Yes and no, i have an amazing family and i get a lot of support from ds's medical team. I am on strong anti depressants as i am a manic depressive. I don't have anyone to give me a break from the kids all the family are either ill or to far away.

I haven't felt down in ages just a blip i supose

No i haven't i don't know is ds classes as 'disabled' tbh. I have a lovley lady that come to my house to watch the kids while i tidy the house maybe i will ask her to take them for the day, they are being such a handfull at the moment.

Hey charlee, this isn't like you!
You have had a bad time with ds1's dx and eevrything. A lot to take on.And you are quite young iirc - not being patronising,but your life at the mo will be v different from friends your age iykwim.
Have you any help from Homestart? Someon to keep an eye on the kids while you have time to do house stuff/have a scenteed candle bath etc can help enormously with just feeling better able to cope.

I know it's not like me, lol. Im shocked at myself.

I have time once a week to tidy the house as i have a volunteer from the charity that works with ds so thats not to bad. I don't know what it is i just feel so low tonight i have been really stressed over nothing all day.

Yes he has cf i do claim dla i have done all the forms. I will have to do it again in a few weeks when i can apply for mobility.

I have a jam packed moth ahead of me maybe thats why im feeling down.
