Am currently going through a hard time , my mood is very low and I have turned to drink! I've stopped taking my antidepressants as I suffer badly from depression and anxiety and lately it's just been too much I'm a single parent to a wonderful five-year-old unfortunately is going through horrible issues! I feel like I have no one for support and ex doesn't help!

Hon
Also a single parent
Don’t drink to cope
It’s a false and fake friend
If struggling speak to GP , manage the doseage
But don’t rely on booze as it really won’t help

Alcohol wont help you

I'm a single parent too I keep a dry house when I'm stressed because it's so easy to self medicate

Can you get some counselling to help you deal with your issues?
You can self refer on the NHS.

Don’t drink, you have to be sober to look after your little one.
Don’t sabotage yourself, love 💖 yourself instead, you are worth so much more.
If you had alcoholic parents , break the mould.

Every time you want a drink, make yourself a cup of tea/coffee instead.

Instead of buying alcohol , buy yourself a lipstick 💄 or mascara instead.

Every time you get the urge listen to someone on YouTube like:
Marisa Peer
Matthew Hussey
Susan Winter
Derrick Jaxn

Love yourself more. 💖💐
