Thanks guys! Before I knew I was pregnant I went for counseling and was diagnosed with social anxiety, and anxiety in general and signs of clinical depression but on my 7Th session with my counselor she was yawning and covered herself with blanket And was sitting.. I kinda of felt she wasn’t listening.. so I discontinued was paying her 70$ copay Per session. She was around 35 years old. She did give me one good advice - that all work is godliness even house work.. but she didn’t really help. And I don’t think I have the energy to talk again about everything from childhood and all over again with someone. So does anyone know how I need to go about it? I can get any help seriously. I don’t have thoughts about killing myself or anything. Just low self respect, affecting my day to day work, and anxiety attacks. I want to be stronger when baby number 2 arrives and much much happier and healthy mentally. I have a 2and half year old and right now only have energy to care for her fully and not myself..I’m 8 weeks pregnant and want to be happier mentally And well prepared before the baby 2 arrives. help!
