Citalopram - had my dose increased and feel dreadful. Anyone been in the same situation?

I've been on 10mg Citalopram for about a year and after a bad few weeks doctor has increased them to 20mg but I feel terrible now. 😢 Sick, super anxious, complete loss of appetite, very low mood, no energy. I'm on my 4th day on 20mg. Did anyone else struggle with an increase in Citalopram and how long did it take to start feeling better again?

Yes, I have been there! By 5 or 6 days I am feeling pretty much normal again. Just rest up, you're through the worst of it! Although there was that time I got stuck in the loo because I was looking for the lock on the wrong side of the door.
