just had ADS increased when 2 months ago dr was discussing reducing maybe even coming off
feel like a failure

HV has recommended SureStart to give me a break but feel that is letting everyone down & will make me look like I cant cope.

I work part time which is for my family & to show my children that its important for their mum to earn money etc but my H has cut maintenance to bare minimum & am now overdrawn. Struggling to pay the bills....need to find enough money to pay him off so dont have "deferred charge" on my house - how can you live knowing if you reach a trigger point I have to find £XK?

feel like giving up but kids will be happier in the home they've always known....but just dont know how to find the money

meanwhile H moans on about money & access..

One day at a time. Try not too think of all at once.
Depression is no one faults, if the ADs keep you going for the moment, then be kind to yourself and help you and probably your kids by keep going.

You we'll get through this, one day at a time!
big hug!
