Will the hospital tell my uni? Tw set harm

Hello,
I've had mental Health problems for a while and have used self harm been cleaned for 5 months. SH tonight and think I need to go to hospital, but I'm currently a student nurse and worried they'll two my uni and chuck me of the course.
I'm currently sorting out councelimg ah uni and extra support but worried about disclosing this

They shouldn’t, only if it is going to impact on your ability to work - which self harm is very unlikely to do. I hope the support you have helps

Hi, I am head of dept although not in a health professions course.

We have many many students in your situation. Hospitals do not disclose to us. It generally gets picked up due to pastoral follow up due to missed sessions. But you'd be advised to tell your pastoral tutor, really. They will support you.

Honestly, I cannot tell you how many students I see in your situation and we only ever try to help them.
