Anxiety - sertraline becoming less effective & killing sex drive

I've been on sertraline for anxiety for about 9 months. Initially (after the 1st 2 weeks) it was great, I felt much improved and the stomach knot/escalating thoughts/panicky feelings were almost gone. In the last month or so though I've really started feeling panicky again and have noticed some of my old anxieties creeping back. I've also completely lost my sex drive. I'm having my next medication review in October and thinking of asking to try a different medication. Anyone have any experience of changing SSRI? I'm on 100mg daily.
