50mg wasn’t working, makes him more anxious and angry. Upped to 100mg, made him even angrier and increased anxiety.

The cpn wants him to continue on the increased dose, I honestly think he’s going to do something bad if he stays on them.

The gp saw the state he was in on Tuesday, signed him off, wants to withdraw so he’s been on 25mg since Wednesday.

Cpn won’t change anything because they think he’s better, despite being signed off again this week and clearly told them he’s gone back to just how he was after the breakdown ie crying, can’t be left alone, high anxiety, no appetite.

The worst thing is because I said he was better when he was first signed off (on diazepam 3 x a day so who wouldn’t be) the cpn used that against him “even your wife said this is the best you’ve been”.

Just don’t know what to do. He’s seeing my gp on Wednesday but what if she agrees with them? He’s just been gas lighted by a cpn 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi if he was a CPN he must have a psychiatrist? You can ask for a crisis appointment or a review by psychiatrist.

The cpn spoke to the psychiatrist & they agreed to continue on 100mg.

He’s withdrawing now, he’s sleeping through at night again & not saying he can’t breathe anymore.
