Hi there, struggling to sleep on 30mg Duloxetine at the moment & one suggestion was to add 15mg of Mirtzapine off licence to help sleep. I have taken mirtazapine before & know how hungry it made me. My psych wants to up the Duloxetine to 60mg as not working on anxiety & depression that well & ideally doesn’t want to prescribe mirt. I did have a 15mg left over from last time & slept like a log last night & slept in til 7 today & was then rushing round anxious & groggy. Not sure if it’s made me worse but the sleep was goood!
