Can I set my phone and laptop so I can't Google someone's name?

I can't help myself and everytime I do their inst account comes up and I feel rubbish
The insta account is open for anyone to see
I can't stop myself googling, I do it when I'm low but can't stop myself
I need to set filters somewhere so their name doesn't come up
I've lost my insta account login details so can't delete them
Help!!

You can download the pc program cold turkey which blocks the website completely.

Was about to say getcoldturkey.com but PP beat me to it! Should be a mandatory post break up installation - breaks the habit pretty quickly and then you wonder why you bothered before :)
