For 10 years I suffered with pain and discomfort in my clavicle area ( turns out I had a cervical rib ) I had an op to remove it , it was mainly fibrous . Im now 1 year post op and the entire left side of my neck is tight and I'm in more discomfort than before . When I do the next stretches I have an intense pain in the neck muscle ( the trap ) .

For 5 years I had my shoulder in a shrugging position .. I can now lower my shoulder ....could it be possible I've got a permanent muscle spasm ?? .. I'm finding myself raising my shoulder again just to ease my discomfort .. or I've got nerve damage...( Imagen the pain you get I. Your neck when you've been staring at a phone to long )

I'd rather die than live like this any longer .

I can't afford the quick route of a private doctor , and it's been a month and I still haven't had a referral to physio .

I can't take pain killers as I almost took my life when o was prescribed them before my op ..( side effect related )

See a good chiropractor OP. This was honestly me a year ago. You wouldn't believe the difference they can make to back and neck pain. I can recommend one if you're anywhere near me.
