ack he is off to see the crisis team.
This is good, we have had a dreadful few days.
But I now need a hand hold.

Hope he's seen quickly

Hoping they help. It’s good he is doing this. Handhold. It can be a tough time of year too.

He is getting a tiny bit better at getting help for himself, which I hope means he is getting a tiny bit better.

It’s a massive step to reach out like that. Look after you too. It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed by the needs of the person who needs help that you forget about what you need.
Too many needs in that sentence but I hope it makes sense.

Sorry I didn't update last night, he seemed to get on ok, but pretty much went straight to bed.
