I dont know wether there is something wromg with me? Am i really a nasty peice of work? Is it me? Or is it him makimg me feel like this? Do i deserve to feel like this? Am i in this position now because of my wromg actions?

I'm currently doing time to talk about my anxiety,of dying,having something wrong with me(illness) panic attacks. Being in groups, even with family and close freinds. And paranoia (partner cheating)

But there is other stuff that i just dont want to talk about....

It sounds like you are going through a tough time mentally, Ive been there a few times, so I sort of know what you are going through Have you got anyone to talk to in real life, or would it be possible to visit your doctor to ask for help?? Either counselling sessions-which Ive found greatly helpful, or anti depressants-a life-saver
