Do any of you ever get like your going to faint if your anxiety/symptoms are heightened

This morning I woke with heightened anxiety and the thoughts were coming through, I went to get up to distract myself, got to the door and got feeling like I was going to faint.
Could be bp low(but it’s normally ok)
Or maybe (don’t know if I was), shallow breathing

Just asking if anyone else feels like there going to faint

Yes. When I have bad anxiety I often feel like I'm going to faint.

My therapist told me that the only type of anxiety that causes people to faint is blood truama anxiety. Other types of anxiety cause high blood pressure which means you cannot faint.

Sometimes I can feel overstimulated in my own head, which I would liken to feeling like I was about to faint.

The first time I ever had an anxiety attack (sudden fear of heights at 14) I fainted. It became more about the fear of fainting than the heights in the end, but yes, I often feel faint when anxious.

My BP is the low end of normal, could also be a factor I guess.

Yes often, I have never actually fainted though but I loose the ability to walk as I feel like I will collapse and my heart races like crazy. My sympathies to you it's truly horrible.
