They do come and go, but they don’t half drag me down More!!!

I bet your teeth ache due to you clenching your teeth. Anxiety can make you do that and certain meds list this as a side effect.

I can become generally stiff and achey

My hands and teeth do. I've got a custom mouth guard now which really helps, as I really badly grind in my sleep.
