Fed up of my own brain

I’ve just almost come out of another catasprohising cycle.

Anyone else fed up of their own brain rebelling against them.

Not really. Have you read the book "Stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie? I read it ages ago, but recall it does contain some valid points.

I have nothing useful to say to help you but wanted to say absolutely yes. I hate my brain sometimes and the way it works against me. Health anxiety, worry about kids, the future. And there's something that happened that has hurt me a lot and I'm desperately trying to get over but am finding it absolutely impossible. It just pops into my brain every day so many times and I cannot get rid. It feels like my own brain works against me so much.
So yes. You're not alone but I don't have the answers I'm afraid Thanks
