Hi just looking for a bit of info really. Background is I have PND, I’m on 60mg of duloxetine, my DS is 11mo, single parent, work full time. Thoughts of suicide but can’t do it as then my son will have no one.
I can’t access local counselling or counselling through Work as I have no one to look after my son during the appointments and they won’t allow me to bring him with me.
Seen the GP today and my dose has been upped to 60mg, will be seeing him again in 3 week. He said that if I’m not starting to feel better that he’s going to refer me into mental health services but didn’t really say what that entails. Just a bit scared really.
