Having first proper panic attack for 5 years :( anyone up?

Radox as a cure all antidepressant eh? I shall have to try that one.

well I managed a few hours on the sofa and a further few in bed, feeling a lot better today, will see the doctor though, just to see what they say.

I finally went off to sleep sometime after 3am, up by 7am, still feeling scared, but just keep busy! Hope you are all ok today too xx

Well the doctor thinks that after all the stresses ended, my body was letting out a release sort of thing (although he was far more technical lol), he has told me to make sure I go for a alk for at least an hour each day and given me a few more tips to try and lift myself before I go back on to ad's, so I will give it a go, and trying to be positive today, I washed hair and put on a little make up, and will change my mumsnet name to reflect this.

Hope your are all ok
