I'm just feeling wound at the moment due to a number of factors, some of which I can't identify. Is anyone around to chat?

You can get through this, I know you can.

GoodnightSaigon · 23/11/2017 20:35

Thank you, that's useful.

Do you want to chat?

GoodnightSaigon · 23/11/2017 21:00

I know I can get through, I always do. I'm just feeling overwhelmed at the moment. I sometimes want to walk away from all the responsibility , just for a while. Lots of intrusive thoughts that are hard to switch off, and not sure I have the energy to give attention to.

I can understand that

here with you. two panic attacks tonight, fuelled by fear and my general health anxieties.

i wish for a see of calm.

GoodnightSaigon · 23/11/2017 22:07

I am calmed by the sea, it is so soothing and consistent. Currently being calmed by wine.

ah :)
I agree re the sea, as well as nature in general - i crave days where we can hit the pause button and enjoy a break unspoiled by tasks and duties and worries.

Yes, such a lovely day today here, not enough time to enjoy the sun and autumn colours.
