Feeling a teeny bit proud of myself!

Just ran into an old colleague who, together with my boss, was responsible for a breakdown a few years ago. Since then, I have moved on, found a new job that I enjoy and where I feel respected and am a thousand times stronger. I managed to be civil. The school we both worked at recently failed it's OFSTED while the one where I work recently got a great OFSTED. She's still there.

Is it OK to feel proud that I dealt with this meeting politely but also secretly enjoyed the fact that she is now coming to our school looking for help? I know I should be the bigger person but I really don't want to!

I think that’s totally acceptable Smile Glad things have got better for you.
