That sounds really tough OP. If you don't feel able to keep yourself safe tonight go to A&E and they will help you stay safe and get you an assessment from mental health services. If it is less immediate then see your GP tomorrow.

It's possible you suffer from MH issues AND live with a twat, in which case I sympathise with both, but truthfully unpleasant relationships can make the most robust of us feel like dying.
