Anti depressants/ anti anxiety and weight gain

I have avoided taking these for moderate depression and severe anxiety caused by trauma and following that PND partly because I don't want to gain weight (I know this is a bit shallow, but I know it will make me feel worse). Do all types of drugs cause weight gain or do certain kinds not? I am normally slim but gain weight easily if I'm not careful.

Not all antidepressants cause weight gain, some are known to be worse for it than others. From recent research, sertraline is supposed to be one of the best for minimal weight gain, and duloxetine can even cause weight loss, though is supposed to be weight neutral in the long term.

I've just started the latter and am only managing to eat
