I'm going to use this thread to list the things I've enjoyed during my day, however small they may be. I'm at a good point thankfully due to medication but want to keep upbeat and positive about things. Today I enjoyed:
My morning cup of coffee cos I love coffee.
A bowl of pesto pasta.
A juicy nectarine because it was perfectly ripe.
Watching my daughter eat because she chews so beautifully and delicately.
Taking my daughter to toddler group because on the way she pointed out everything that she knew and she's just started speaking.
My bottle of chardonnay Grin

If anybody else has anything to add that would be great to read. I realise that some people will be feeling really low Flowers but it's important to identify little things that give us pleasure Smile

Great to see this thread. Am having one of "those" weeks.
My simple pleasures today have been:
That first cup of coffee in the morning
A "kiss" from my 15 month old daughter
An early morning walk in the autumn sun
A wink from a handsome young man (married with 3 kids but still made me smile)
Really tasty potato wedges cooked by my other half
All things considered it has been a good day. Yay! Xxx
