Sertraline, time of day to take it?

That's it really!
DH has been on these for a while (2 years) and has Kickstarted his fitness routine which helps amazingly. Because of this and a grapefruit obsession, that lasted two days, he stopped taking them in the morning and now has them in the evening.

Hence me being up since 3:30am..

He struggles to sleep and can't settle, wakes me up without meaning to then falls into deep snores around about this time of morning.

Could the change of time affect this? Tomorrow he'll have them at lunchtime then after that back to the mornings - I'm so tired!

Thanks!

I believe they can disrupt your sleep - I suffered with bad insomnia when I first started taking them, so morning is probably best.

Thanks so much!
He's took it at lunchtime so I'm hoping for a better nights sleep tonight Confused
