May face actually hurts now. I've been crying all evening. I don't know what's wrong with me but everything is just getting too much I can't cope.

He wasn't my new man, just someone I had struck up a friendship with online. Just as though it looked promising, everything went tits up.

Yes the counsellor is trying to help me regain my confidence. I'm supposed to be writing a list of positive things about myself, haven't got much on it so far.

Thanks for listening.

Essbee - we've met actually!

Can I just ask a quick question? I've been taking SJW, but having a quick google has made me think that I might not be taking enough. Mytablet gives 500 thingy's a day, but it seems that a more effective dose is 900-1000. Do you think it is worth taking 2 tablets a day for awhile before I try the citalopram?

My Gp reccommended 900 ( whatever it is called) for it to be effective, and it can take weeks to take effect.
Maybe your dr will advise yo over the phone. Watch out sjw interfers with the pill. hth

Aww thanks. I do feel a bit better at the moment. I've increased my dose of SJW, as I've already been taking them for a few weeks at a lower dose, I hope if they're going to work it will be quickly.

I didn't cry yesterday so I'm obviously feeling a bit more balanced. I'm tired though and the kids are driving me mad, they won't sleep in for a little bit in the mornings and they wake up and start bickering and making loads of noise straight away.

I'm actually going out tonight and I'm really looking forward to it. If it all goes well, hopefully it will give me a bit of a lift.

Glad you are feeling a little better!

Not crying for a day is a good start. Hope you have fun tonight.
