I've spent the last 18months feeling fine with the odd low day but nothing like today...

I can't stop crying, I feel like my world has been crushed and no ones left (yet I have really supportive friends). I also feel so alone and like I can't cope any more

You need to see your gp. Can you do it tomorrow?

I need to but struggle to speak the truth to the GP!

It's okay to struggle to talk to the doctor BUT try as much as you can to be honest as this will help you

Sorry to hear you are feeling like this. I've been there. In fact, some days that's me. Telling your GP is really important. If you struggle speaking the words out lout (I do, I always start sobbing and sound like a mess), write down your symptoms on a piece of paper. Just some bullet points. I do this every time I see the GP, and it makes communication so much easier. Take care, and be kind to yourself OP Flowers

Honestly, once you tell the truth to the gp, you will already start to feel better. They don't care if you go in and start wailing. Please go Thanks
