My counselling has been cancelled as she is ill

Supposed to have my first phone counselling today. Was rushing to get home so I wasn't late and then when I did there was a message saying she has had to cancel as has injured herself.

I know, people get sick and they shouldn't have to work but FUCK! I've had the worst week, in A+E with chest pain at the weekend and I need some help.

How are you? Hope you are ok. I know when things are hard, it seems like everything is against you, and everything is going wrong. That sucks you rushed home all for nothing. Hopefully it wasn't & you got to rest a bit. I think people working in that position, fair enough, they are only human, but should be aware that someone is coming who maybe is in need, and either to refer on to someone, or even a short phone conversation to check in & see how you are.

If you are back on here, let us know how your doing, I know its hard to type when you are down deep, but the people on here understand & relate, truely hope your ok.
