You could try the quarter extra for 3 or 4 days, then try the 25mcg extra for a few days. Then up to 50.. If that seems too much after a few days, try taking the 50 just every other day.

Thank you I diddnt think about doing that I will keep tryin the quarter for a few days dreaded getting up this morn but generally feel like that anyway then I will try the half 25 mcg for a day day how I feel do you think I should notice a difference in mood I know ads aren't the answer to all my problems tho Iv a lot of hair loss and lost quite a bit of weight so have to try and get that sorted as how I look can get me down too by the way Iv been referred to a cpn who will not discuss medication with me I actually feel like not going back to her as she shouted at me the last time I asked her about the increase and needing reassurance which Iv got nowhere else but here that's why I'm reaching out for the support I need xx

It takes a while to notice a difference. In my experience, other people notice a difference before you do. Can be a couple of weeks, and with you gradually upping the dose, it might take an extra week.

Thanks for that I will persevere wish I diddnt feel so scared all the time x

I know, it's horrible being ill. It isn't you, it's the illness, and the meds should help.

Big cyber hugs!

I'm trying to remember that thank you so much xx
