Been on sertraline for 6 months and now I feel a bit odd

Went on 50mg of Sertraline in October and up to now it's worked well for me. Problem is the last couple of days where I feel a bit like I did after the first couple of weeks where my head is fuzzy first thing and the visual disturbances are back. It could be a blip but has anyone else experienced this?

I don't have any medical knowledge so am not an expert. I am on sertraline though…I sometimes get the whole clench jaw thing randomly despite having been on it for nearly 5 years now…maybe it's just a blip? Or a migraine?

It was a blip, thankfully. Thanks for answering, I think I just needed someone to confirm I wasn't flaky
