DF has been diagnosed with GAD (generalised anxiety disorder) and started on pregabalin. It all spiralled out of control a week ago - with him starting to have whole days of extreme anxiety (he seems truly tortured).
We're in a very dark place right now, but I've seen people can live with this given the right treatment and support.
If you have time, I'd love to hear any positive stories. Especially keen to know how long it took you to regain some sense of living normally (at present he can't go out or mamage to see anyone at home without crumbling)
