Give them time, my gp warned me the first week I may experience some unpleasant side effects.

For me was feeling sick, headaches and really sleepy but unable to switch off.

3 weeks in and feeling loads better.

I take mine at 8pm every night.

If it's causing insomnia it's perfectly ok to take it in the morning.

That's rotten. As if you're not sleep deprived enough with a 7 week old! I take mine in the morning. Find I'm more relaxed in the evening that way. Hope you feel better soon x

Hi there, I found the morning to be better though the first few days were strange as I was very spaced out. But once I sort of got into a routine morning was best .

Congratulations on your baby!
